Join me and up to 14 ladies for a crafty getaway in a beautiful cabin where you can relax, rest, and refuel. You will share a room but will have your own bed which may be a twin, queen, or bunk bed.

Enjoy slow, creative days and cozy crafting nights at this fun weekend retreat near Gatlinburg TN. The cabin is custom designed for crafters with an entire space dedicated to junk journaling, scrapbooking, crafting, crocheting, journaling, or anything your creative heart wants to work on. You will have a four foot table, chair, desk lamp, TV, and a kitchenette in the crafting room for snacks. All that is missing is you and your projects. This event is BYOC aka Bring Your Own Crafts, though there will be a couple optional craft times together!

If you need a break from crafting you can relax in the hot tub, sip coffee on the porch, take the canoe out on the little lake, join an optional group hike, or simply chat and play a card game with new friends.

This amazing weekend costs $425

Arrival time is 4:00pm on Thursday, April 24th. Check out is by 3:00pm Sunday, April 27th. Come whenever you can, stay as long as you’re able!

Cost includes:

  • 3 nights stay
  • amenities (wifi, hot tub, bath/bed linens, fully equipped kitchen, etc)
  • use of your very own crafting area
  • family-style meals **note, see below
  • water bottles, lemonade, tea, wine, coffee & creamer, fruit, veggies and desserts for each night
  • 2 optional group activities
  • goodie bag, a surprise and door prizes!

*note about meals: Grab and go breakfast will be available every day, including; pastries, bagels, fruit, eggs (cook your own) along with vanilla yogurt with granola. Dinner Thursday will be a provided vegetable beef soup by Rachel. For lunch Friday, dinner Friday, dinner Saturday, and brunch Sunday, guests will take turns preparing meals. (Saturday lunch we will carpool to a nearby restaurant for lunch at your own expense or have left overs if you want to stay at cabin). Each guest will be partnered with 1-2+ other ladies to provide one (1) meal for all attendees. Y’all will work in teams, deciding on your menu keeping anyone’s allergies in mind, bringing ingredients, and preparing a meal, including clean up afterwards. You will prepare and we will all eat meals family-style in the cabin kitchen together. If you’d rather not participate in meal making/cleaning up, you may choose to pay a $50 fee.

IMPORTANT details:

  • $75 deposit to confirm your spot, via Paypal (friends and family), FB messenger, Zelle, or check, this is refundable up until 3/6/26
  • Total Balance is due by 3/6/26, feel free to pay in full at any time by that date.
  • Refund policy is as follows: ALL monies paid to me are refundable, if you cancel by 3/6/26. Any cancellation after that date for any reason (illness, family circumstances, emergencies or other reasons) cannot be refunded BUT you may try and sell your spot to someone on the waitlist to recoup your money. No exceptions to this policy can be made for any reason.
  • Note: the main floor has the living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and some bedrooms. Upstairs is a loft and a bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs is the entire crafting area with kitchenette as well as a bedroom and bathroom. You need to be able to go up and down stairs.
  • Please bring a snack and/or a beverage you love to share with your new friends (examples include brownie brittle, cheese and crackers, your favorite chips, nuts, 12 pack of coke, your favorite adult beverage, etc.)
  • You will be sharing a room with new friends, even if you request a roommate, as there are multiple beds in all rooms and/or in loft. Some ladies stay up late or chat, some go to bed early- it is different each retreat. Bring ear plugs if noise in an issue for you during sleeping and possibly a mask for your eyes!
  • PLEASE NOTE: if any of the the retreats do not have a minimum of 9 guests by balance in full date, I- Rachel, the host have a right to cancel and refund in FULL, all retreat guests.

**FOUR spots will be available at the discounted rate of $375. Three are top bunks, one is a pull out couch in the open area loft located upstairs nearby one of the bedrooms open to the kitchen and living room area. Additionally, if there is availability, if you are coming with a friend or family member and would like to share a queen bed, bed sharing is also the discounted rate of $365 each person.
